Description
Why This Automatic Feeding Tube Laser Cutting Machine?
-
Automatic feeding system – magazine holds up to 1500kg of tubes; loads a new tube in just 20 seconds. No manual loading between cycles.
-
Batch cutting specialist – designed specifically for small-to-medium diameter tubes (8–120mm) in high volumes.
-
Ultra-short tailings – minimum 30mm remnant length, maximizing material yield.
-
Dual-chuck design with movable front chuck – cuts between chucks for full-length precision.
-
2G acceleration, 150m/min speed – fast cycles on short parts.
-
Fully automatic unloading – follow-up flip-tray system delivers finished parts to the cart without manual handling.
Designed for One Purpose: High-Volume Tube Cutting
If you cut hundreds or thousands of tubes per day – for fitness equipment, furniture, automotive parts, or bicycle frames – you know the bottlenecks. Loading each tube manually. Stopping the machine to change stock. Dealing with vibration on long pieces. Losing material to tailings.
The AC-1275-TA solves all of these.
Load once, run all day. The magazine holds a full bundle of tubes. The automatic feeder pulls one tube at a time, centers it, and delivers it to the chuck – all while the machine is cutting the previous piece.
Cut between chucks. The front chuck moves out of the way, allowing the laser to cut right up to the rear chuck. Tailings drop to just 30mm – compared to 150–200mm on conventional machines.
Support throughout. Follow-up rollers and U-shaped bionic supports cradle the tube during cutting, eliminating sag and vibration – even on 7.5-meter lengths.
This is not a universal laser cutter adapted for tubes. It is a tube cutter, built from the ground up for tube processing.
How It Achieves High-Speed Batch Cutting
1. Automatic Loading System – The Labor Saver
The loading system handles round tubes (20–120mm) and square tubes (20×20 to 120×120mm) with lengths from 5500–7500mm. The magazine holds up to 1500kg of material – enough for a full shift in most shops.
How it works:
-
Tubes are loaded into the magazine in bundles.
-
The system separates one tube at a time.
-
Variable-diameter rollers and U-shaped supports automatically center the tube.
-
The tube is delivered to the rear chuck in under 20 seconds.
The result: One operator can run multiple machines. No more stopping the laser to load the next tube.
2. Dual-Chuck Design with Movable Front Chuck
Most tube lasers have fixed chucks – the laser can only cut between them, leaving long tailings. The AC-1275-TA’s front chuck moves out of the cutting path.
This gives you:
-
Cutting between chucks – the laser head can work right up to the rear chuck.
-
30mm minimum tailings – compared to 150mm+ on conventional machines. On 7.5m tubes, that’s up to 2% more yield per tube.
-
Consistent precision on long sections – the front chuck supports the tube during cutting, then moves aside when needed.
Both chucks clamp in under 2 seconds. Clamping force is servo-controlled – firm enough to hold securely, gentle enough not to mark the material.
3. Follow-Up Support System – No Sag, No Vibration
Long tubes vibrate. They sag between supports. Both ruin cut quality.
The AC-1275-TA uses two types of supports:
-
Composite support rollers in the loading area: Dual-roller clamping with U-shaped profile-matching supports. They center the tube and suppress radial vibration during high-speed rotation.
-
Follow-up flip-tray in the unloading area: Supports the tube during cutting, then automatically rotates to drop finished parts into the cart.
Both systems move in sync with the cutting head. The tube is always supported at the right point – no sag, no chatter, no out-of-tolerance cuts.
4. Laser Source – MAX 3000W (or Your Choice)
The standard laser is the MAX MFSC-3000C – a fully sealed, maintenance-free fiber laser with:
-
1080nm wavelength – optimal for metal absorption
-
40% wall-plug efficiency – lower operating costs
-
±1% power stability – consistent cut quality
-
Designed for 24/7 continuous operation
Cutting capabilities with 3kW:
| Material | Max thickness |
|---|---|
| Mild steel | Up to 16mm |
| Stainless steel | Up to 10mm |
| Aluminum | Up to 6mm |
| Copper / brass | Up to 4mm |
Raycus and IPG lasers are available as options.
5. Cutting Head – BOCI BLT310T
The BLT310T is designed specifically for tube cutting:
-
High-speed servo auto-focus – compensates for tube eccentricity and rotational run-out in real time.
-
Capacitive height following – maintains consistent focus even on slightly bent tubes.
-
Temperature monitoring – tracks protective lens condition; alerts you before quality degrades.
-
Closed-loop gas control – maintains stable pressure for clean cuts.
The head is fully sealed against dust – critical in tube cutting where scale and debris are constant.
6. Control System – BOCHU FSCUT3000DE with TubePro
The FSCUT3000DE uses EtherCAT bus technology for millisecond-level coordination between the laser, chucks, and motion system.
TubePro software gives you:
-
One-click intelligent nesting – no manual programming for standard shapes
-
FlyCut (scanning cutting) – reduces non-cutting travel by over 30%
-
Tail-scrap detection – automatically optimizes remnant cutting
-
Support for round, square, rectangular, and special-shaped tubes
-
Extensive tube shape library – enter dimensions, and the software does the rest
Wireless handheld remote (WKB-V6) and wireless keyboard/mouse – control the machine from anywhere on the shop floor.
7. Cooling System – Hanli 3000W Chiller
The dual-circuit chiller maintains:
-
±0.5°C accuracy – tighter than standard ±1°C chillers
-
Independent circuits for laser source and cutting head
-
Water flow monitoring, over-temperature alarms, low-level protection
Stable temperature means stable power output – and consistent cuts over long production runs.
8. Motion System – Built for Speed
-
Inovance bus-type absolute servos on X, Y, Z, and B axes – no homing required after power-up.
-
HIWIN linear guide rails (Taiwan) – high precision, long wear life.
-
KOFON planetary reducers – low backlash, high torque, zero maintenance.
-
Y-axis: 150m/min speed, 2G acceleration – fast positioning between cuts.
9. Automatic Unloading – Follow-Up Flip-Tray
When cutting finishes, the flip-tray system:
-
Supports the tube during the final cut.
-
Rotates automatically to guide the finished piece into the unloading cart.
-
Prevents scratching and impact damage – no manual handling.
The unloading cart is heavy-duty welded steel with high mobility – roll it away when full, bring in an empty one.
